You don’t have to Jerky alone…it’s more fun with a pairing! We’ve got some perfect cocktail pairings with each of our feisty flavors, so whip up these cocktails and have a Jerky Me Off party.
SUGA MAMA + OLD FASHIONED
Our Suga Mama is sweet with an old-fashioned flavor, so naturally, it goes perfectly with an Old Fashioned. Just like an Old Fashioned, our Suga Mama packs a punch! To make an Old Fashioned, you’ll need a great bourbon – don’t skimp with a cheap one, treat your Suga Mama right!
- Sugar cube
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Dash of water
- 2 oz. bourbon
- Maraschino cherry
- Orange slice
Add the sugar cube, bitters, and water to a lowball glass. Muddle until the sugar begins to melt. Add the bourbon, cherry, and orange slice. Makes 1 drink.
OG COWBOY + MARGARITAS
The OG Cowboy is here for a good time, and not messing around, just like your favorite margarita. Make a few or make a pitcher, and please a crowd with salt and refreshing lime. Margaritas are all about the lime and tequila, and the OG Cowboy brings the salt.
- 1 cup tequila
- ⅔ cup lime juice
- ⅓ cup orange-flavored liqueur
- 2 tsp. superfine sugar
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled ¾ of the way with ice. Shake well and pour into four glasses with salted rims. Makes 4 drinks.
ADOBO-GASM + PALOMA
Dress up the Adobo-Gasm with a Paloma, taming the chili jerky with tangy grapefruit. Take the spicy climax to the next level and enjoy the mix of spicy and sour, wild and sweet. Take the time to salt the rim using grapefruit juice, we promise she’s worth it.
- Grapefruit slice
- Kosher salt
- 2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 oz. tequila
- 2 oz. club soda
Rub the grapefruit slice around the rim of a highball glass, dip in the kosher salt, and then place the grapefruit slice into the glass. Combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sugar in the glass and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add a handful of ice, and pour in the tequila and club soda. Makes 1 drink.
HOT & HICKORY + AMARETTO SOUR
Tame the hot and heavy with a bit of sour and you still won’t want to stop – the mouthwatering flavors will have the bag and the glass empty in no time at all. Amaretto lends a sweetness to the drink to match the heat, while the sour pulls no punches.
- 1 oz. amaretto
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- Maraschino cherry
Add all ingredients but the cherry to a cocktail shaker filled ¾ of the way with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into a lowball glass and add the cherry.
