The OG Cowboy is here for a good time, and not messing around, just like your favorite margarita. Make a few or make a pitcher, and please a crowd with salt and refreshing lime. Margaritas are all about the lime and tequila, and the OG Cowboy brings the salt.

  • ⅔ cup lime juice
  • ⅓ cup orange-flavored liqueur
  • 2 tsp. superfine sugar

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled ¾ of the way with ice. Shake well and pour into four glasses with salted rims. Makes 4 drinks.

Dress up the Adobo-Gasm with a Paloma, taming the chili jerky with tangy grapefruit. Take the spicy climax to the next level and enjoy the mix of spicy and sour, wild and sweet. Take the time to salt the rim using grapefruit juice, we promise she’s worth it.

Tame the hot and heavy with a bit of sour and you still won’t want to stop – the mouthwatering flavors will have the bag and the glass empty in no time at all. Amaretto lends a sweetness to the drink to match the heat, while the sour pulls no punches.

  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • Maraschino cherry
